Japanese food

Japanese food hardly needs any further description or explanation. But all of us who have been on these trips before know how good it tastes, how good you feel, and how good it seems to do the body. It cannot be a coincidence that Japan's population is among the oldest in the world. And I think one of the big reasons is that Japan places great value on all food being unrefined and unprocessed.

Sushi

Good to know before the trip:

  1. Using too much soy is considered impolite
  2. Sushi is very useful, among other things for its omega 3 and vitamin A.
  3. It is ok to eat with both chopsticks and hands.
  4. In the 12th century, sushi was considered so valuable that you could pay taxes with it.
  5. From the beginning, the rice was not eaten, it was only for storage.
