Your obligations
You shall:
- Follow the instructions of the guide/s during the whole ride
- Wear a helmet when riding the bike
- Not ride if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Ensure that you insured in a way that covers baggage, bike gear and medical costs
Our rights
We reserve the right to cancel or change your trip at any time prior to departure due to events beyond our control, such as but not limited to:
- Force majeure; Flooding, Drought, Earthquake or other natural disaster; Epidemic, Pandemic, Terrorist attack, Civil war, Uprising, Strike or Insurgency, War, Threat or preparation of war, Armed conflict, Imposition of sanctions, Embargo or termination of diplomatic relations, Nuclear Weapons, Chemical or Biological Contamination, Collapse of Buildings, Fire, Explosion or Accident, (collectively called “Events Beyond Our Control”).
We also reserve the right to cancel or change your trip at any time prior to departure (at our sole discretion), although we assure you that we will endeavor to do so only when absolutely necessary.
Transfer the trip
If a business or personal emergency would prevent you from going on your trip, you can transfer it to another person to be approved by INZAIN. If the person is approved, you and your replacement settle the cost.
INZAIN does not make a refund, unless cancellation takes place within the stipulated time, see section refunds.
Changes to your trip
We will do our best to ensure that the itinerary for your trip does not need to be changed. However, if an event beyond our control occurs (we may not be able to follow our advertised itineraries or schedules). If any additional costs incurred through delay, accident or disruption to the planned itinerary are due to events beyond our control, we cannot reimburse you for such costs.
Repeal
Through booking:
- You agree that you have received and read all the information we provided you with regarding the trip
- You accept that any recommendations made by us regarding climate, clothing, special equipment, topography, etc. are made in good faith, but that we cannot guarantee their accuracy or completeness
- You accept that it is your responsibility to arrange insurance that covers you for the entire trip
- You confirm your awareness of the physically demanding nature of our events, and accept the risks and dangers of them, including hazards while cycling either on or off-road, and any risks arising from (among other things) bad weather and the varying condition of roads and/or tracks
- You accept the risk of (among other things) delays, changes, loss of or damage to property, and inconvenience
- As well as you accept the following of point below, you participate in the trip, and ride, at your own risk.

Disease
As a participant, you should review your insurance, so that it covers the cost if you have to cancel due to illness. INZAIN has no responsibility for reimbursement in the event of illness, if this occurs after payment has been made
Refund
When booking, the trip is paid for. If you choose to cancel, the following applies:
30% is never refundable, it is the booking fee.
70% is refunded in case of cancellation no later than 120 days before departure, after that there is no refund.
