Here you choose which days you want to eat at the facilities.
We recommend strong that you at least choose Day 1 & Day 2 at San Giorgio
and Day 5 & Day 6 at Piombaia.
If you don't want to eat at the facility on days 3, 4, 7, 8, there are alternatives in SIENA or for the southern part in a nearby village. You then take taxis or bicycles. To Siena it is approx. 11 km and a little shorter to the village near Piombaia.
The booking is binding and you undertake to pay for the dinners you choose, this is done on the spot. They take cards. The price per dinner varies depending on what you choose to eat, but the target price is about 30 EUR.
