Gravel Camp in Östergötland 2-4 August. Two full days of fantastic cycling

Östergötland in Sweden is completely filled with good gravel cycling.

Huge network of fine roads, lots of lakes, cobbled streets and fields. The cycling is varied with cultural landscapes, forests and lakes.

The event takes place over a weekend with two overnight stays with breakfast. We will come to nice places for coffee and lunch. Our companion car helps with water and energy where required. It also provides security if something happens to you or your bike. We have spare parts and tools in addition to pumps and medical equipment.

Accommodation

We live in the middle of Motala, a hub for cycling in Sweden.
The accommodation is comfortable and offers a very good breakfast.
The bikes can be stored in a good and safe way.

One day we cycle canal and plain, we come to Vadstena and Bergs Slussar.
The second day goes north with Medevi Brunn as the destination.

Göta channel is a 190.5 km long channel which since 1832 runs through Götaland in Sweden. It is Sweden's largest construction project of all time.
Lots of beautiful nature of various kinds, beech forest, fields and lots of lakes.

Östergötlan has a unique flora and several interesting towns.
We will cycle the best the county has to offer
