{"id":1454,"date":"2022-01-18T12:54:23","date_gmt":"2022-01-18T11:54:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inzain.bike\/?page_id=1454"},"modified":"2023-03-22T16:57:39","modified_gmt":"2023-03-22T15:57:39","slug":"villkor-deltagande","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/inzain.bike\/en_gb\/villkor-deltagande\/","title":{"rendered":"Conditions Participation"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"dina-skyldigheter\"><strong>Your obligations&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You must: follow the instructions of the guides throughout the tour, wear a helmet while cycling; do not ride while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; make sure you have travel insurance that covers luggage, cycling equipment and medical expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vara-rattigheter\"><strong>Our rights<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to cancel or change your trip at any time prior to departure; due to events beyond our control, such as but not limited to: force majeure, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster; epidemic or pandemic; terrorist attack, civil war, insurrection, strike or riot, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or termination of diplomatic relations; nuclear, chemical or biological contamination; or collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident, (collectively \u201cEvents Outside Our Control\u201d). We also reserve the right to cancel or change your trip at any time prior to departure (at our sole discretion), although we assure you that we will endeavor to do so only when absolutely necessary. The trip is a group trip, if not enough people sign up, it may be cancelled, in which case a refund will be made, for air tickets special conditions apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"overfora-resan\"><strong>Transfer the trip&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If a business or personal emergency would prevent you from traveling on your trip, you may transfer to another trip that: has seats remaining on it and is scheduled to depart within two years of the trip you originally signed up for . There is no fee to transfer all your payments to another trip. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"andringar-av-din-resa\"><strong>Changes to your trip<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We will do our best to ensure that the itinerary for your trip does not need to be changed. However, if an event beyond our control occurs (we may not be able to follow our advertised itineraries or schedules).
