I fjor ble det syklet turer med over 1300 personer.<br><br>De vanligste \u00e5rsakene til ulykker vi ser er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Leker med telefonen mens du sykler<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sykling for tett, eller overlappende<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Overvurder dine evner.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Ved \u00e5 tenke proaktivt og v\u00e6re bevisste, kan vi i fellesskap redusere risikoene betydelig. Til syvende og sist er det et individuelt ansvar.<br><br>Det er ingen vits i \u00e5 holde oss tett inntil hverandre, vi sikter ikke mot noen bestemt tid eller hastighet. Hvis du synes det g\u00e5r for fort, gi oss beskjed, s\u00e5 justerer vi hastigheten i stedet for at du pr\u00f8ver \u00e5 komme i ly for det som er foran deg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ikke brems br\u00e5tt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En vanlig \u00e5rsak til ulykker er n\u00e5r personen foran bremser br\u00e5, unng\u00e5 det. Senk farten kontrollert, gi blinklys og kj\u00f8r til siden. Selv om personen bak deg har tid til \u00e5 reagere, kan det hende at den tredje eller fjerde ... personen ikke har tid til \u00e5 reagere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avstand<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riktig avstand avhenger selvsagt av forhold og vaner.<br>P\u00e5 en smal og svingete enkelvei m\u00e5 avstanden v\u00e6re lengre enn p\u00e5 en bred vei med hard og fast overflate. En god tommelfingerregel p\u00e5 trange steder er tresekundersregelen. Noen ting om det er viktige.<br>Tydelighet og repetisjon. Hvis noen advarer om noe, s\u00f8rg for \u00e5 gjenta det slik at syklister lenger foran eller bak f\u00e5r samme advarsel.<br><br>De farligste er biler, rop h\u00f8yt og tydelig, gjenta baklengs eller forlengs. <br>Hvis vi m\u00e5 stoppe, gi signal om \u00e5 stoppe med en h\u00e5nd oppe.<br>Gj\u00f8r dette F\u00d8R du bremser, hvis mulig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Mindre hindringer, som fotgjengere, varsle ved \u00e5 klappe korsryggen mot siden av hindringen, og gjenta baklengs.<br>Hvis vi skal sakke farten, vil lederen gj\u00f8re en opp og ned bevegelse med h\u00e5nden sin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Farer som steiner, hull osv. er p\u00e5pekt og p\u00e5 h\u00f8yre side. ICE kan oppbevares p\u00e5 en rekke forskjellige m\u00e5ter, velg den som fungerer best for deg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hvis det skjer en ulykke<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00f8dtiltak i tilfelle en ulykke<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f8rg for at hele gruppen blir gjort oppmerksom p\u00e5 at en ulykke har skjedd og stopper for \u00e5 hjelpe til.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sikre stedet.<\/strong><br>P\u00e5 motorveien: Syklister bakerst i gruppen varsler andre trafikanter som n\u00e6rmer seg stedet om at det har skjedd en ulykke. Forhindre at noen krasjer inn i deg.<br>Offroad: Syklister bakerst i gruppen holder utkikk og varsler andre syklister som n\u00e6rmer seg stedet om at det har skjedd en ulykke. Forhindre at noen kj\u00f8rer inn i deg og risikerer ytterligere skade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du mistenker alvorlige skader, yt f\u00f8rstehjelp i henhold til L-ABC mens noen andre RINGER 112.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis noen har sl\u00e5tt hodet, er det mistanke om en nakke- eller ryggskade.
