Ytterst \u00e4r det ett individuellt ansvar.<br><br>Det finns ingen po\u00e4ng att ligga n\u00e4ra, vi siktar inte p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon s\u00e4rskild tid eller fart. Om du k\u00e4nner att det g\u00e5r f\u00f6r fort, s\u00e4g till s\u00e5 anpassar vi farten snarare \u00e4n att du ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00e5 l\u00e4 av framf\u00f6rvarande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bromsa inte tv\u00e4rt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En vanlig orsak till olyckor \u00e4r att framf\u00f6rvarande bromsar tv\u00e4rt, undvik det. Sakta ner kontrollerat, signalera och vik undan. \u00c4ven om den bakom dig hinner reagera s\u00e5 kanske inte tredje eller fj\u00e4rde&#8230; person g\u00f6r det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avst\u00e5nd<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avst\u00e5ndet som \u00e4r l\u00e4mpligt \u00e4r s\u00e5klart beroende p\u00e5 f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden och vana.<br>Vid en smal och sn\u00e5rig singeltrack m\u00e5ste avst\u00e5ndet vara l\u00e4ngre \u00e4n vid en bred v\u00e4g med h\u00e5rt och fast underlag. En bra tumregel d\u00e4r det \u00e4r tr\u00e5ngt \u00e4r tresekundersregeln. N\u00e5gra saker kring det \u00e4r viktigt.<br>Tydlighet och repetition. Om n\u00e5gon varnar f\u00f6r n\u00e5got, se till att repetera det s\u00e5 att cyklister l\u00e4ngre fram eller bak f\u00e5r samma varning.<br><br>Farligast \u00e4r bilar, ropa h\u00f6gt och tydligt, repetera bak\u00e5t eller fram\u00e5t. <br>Om vi beh\u00f6ver stanna s\u00e5 signalera f\u00f6r stopp med rest hand.<br>G\u00f6r detta INNAN inbromsning sker, om m\u00f6jligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Mindre hinder som t.ex. fotg\u00e4ngare, varna genom att klappa  p\u00e5 din l\u00e4ndrygg p\u00e5 den sida hindret \u00e4r, igen repetera bak\u00e5t.<br>Om vi ska sakta in s\u00e5 kommer ledaren g\u00f6ra en upp och ner r\u00f6relse med handen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Faror som stenar, h\u00e5l mm, de pekar man p\u00e5  och p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt sida. Det g\u00e5r inte varna f\u00f6r allt s\u00e5 anv\u00e4nd ditt omd\u00f6me.<br><br>P\u00e5 grus \u00e4r Bommar n\u00e5got att uppm\u00e4rksamma. F\u00f6rhindra att n\u00e5gon k\u00f6r in i er och riskerar ytterligare skador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om ni misst\u00e4nker att det finns allvarliga skador, ge f\u00f6rsta hj\u00e4lpen enligt L-ABC samtidigt som n\u00e5gon annan LARMAR 112.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Har n\u00e5gon slagit i huvudet, misstanke om nack- eller ryggskada. Se till att personen inte r\u00f6r p\u00e5 sig, s\u00e5 skadan inte f\u00f6rv\u00e4rras. \u00c4r ni s\u00e4kra p\u00e5 att ingen s\u00e5dan skada skett och att platsen \u00e4r f\u00f6r os\u00e4ker, flytta er alla utanf\u00f6r v\u00e4gbanan\/stigen tillsammans med skadade, f\u00f6rsiktigt. H\u00e5ll g\u00e4rna huvudet stabilt vid flytten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efterakuta \u00f6verv\u00e4ganden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om inte skadan \u00e4r s\u00e5 allvarlig att ambulans beh\u00f6ver tillkallas, \u00f6verv\u00e4g mycket noga om personen verkligen ska forts\u00e4tta cykla passet. Om inte, s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ll att personen kommer hem p\u00e5 l\u00e4mpligt s\u00e4tt. Var en bra kamrat, erbjud dig alltid att f\u00f6lja hem. L\u00e5t aldrig en person cykla hem efter en olycka om ni misst\u00e4nker att personen slagit i huvudet eller f\u00e5tt annan allvarlig skada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om en allvarlig olycka intr\u00e4ffat kan det vara flera som har behov av st\u00f6d efter\u00e5t \u00e4ven om man sj\u00e4lv inte skadats fysiskt.
