Your obligations
You must: follow the instructions of the guides throughout the tour, wear a helmet while cycling; do not ride while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; make sure you have travel insurance that covers luggage, cycling equipment and medical expenses.
Our rights
We reserve the right to cancel or change your trip at any time prior to departure; due to events beyond our control, such as but not limited to: force majeure, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster; epidemic or pandemic; terrorist attack, civil war, insurrection, strike or riot, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or termination of diplomatic relations; nuclear, chemical or biological contamination; or collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident, (collectively “Events Outside Our Control”). We also reserve the right to cancel or change your trip at any time prior to departure (at our sole discretion), although we assure you that we will endeavor to do so only when absolutely necessary.
Transfer the trip
If a business or personal emergency would prevent you from traveling on your trip, you may transfer to another trip that: has seats remaining on it and is scheduled to depart within two years of the trip you originally signed up for . There is no fee to transfer all your payments to another trip.
Changes to your trip
We will do our best to ensure that the itinerary for your trip does not need to be changed. However, if an event beyond our control occurs (we may not be able to follow our advertised itineraries or schedules). If any additional costs incurred through delay, accident or disruption to the planned itinerary are due to events beyond our control, we cannot reimburse you for such costs.
Repeal
By booking: you agree that you have received and read all information we have provided you with regarding the trip; you accept that any recommendations made by us regarding climate, clothing, special equipment, topography, etc. are made in good faith, but that we cannot guarantee their accuracy or completeness; you accept that it is your responsibility to arrange insurance to cover you for the duration of the trip; you confirm your awareness of the physically demanding nature of our journeys and accept the risks and dangers of our journeys, including dangers whilst cycling either on or off-road and any risks arising from (among other things) bad weather and the varying condition of roads and /or tracks; accepts the risk of (among other things) delays, changes, loss of or damage to property, inconvenience and inconvenience; and accept the following of point below, you participate in the trip, and ride, at your own risk.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
